The new FEMA Corporation building site in Otsego, MI has been enclosed, floor poured with internal electric service, HVAC, plumbing, receiving docks and sidewalks complete. After several expansions in Southwest Michigan and maximizing the campus in Portage, the location in Otsego was chosen.

The new FEMA Corporation building site in Otsego, MI has been cleared, temporary construction power brought in, stumps removed, topsoil stripped, footers poured, and building frame erected.

FEMA Corporation, with headquarters in Portage, MI is pleased to announce the ground breaking for a new facility located at 555 Washington Street in Otsego, MI. This 15 acre site will accommodate the construction of this 40,000 square foot facility.

The frictionless armature of FEMA Corporation’s electro-hydraulic (EH) transmission control valve provides low hysteresis, eliminates wear surfaces and extends the expected duty life cycle. The two stage, pilot operated pressure control EH valve is highly adaptive.
