FEMA Corporation’s High-Frequency Pilot Operated Hydraulic Solenoid Valves

FEMA Corporation’s high-frequency pilot operated hydraulic solenoid valves are advanced, frictionless pressure modulation solutions designed to operate with either direct current or a high-frequency electrical signal exceeding 1000 Hz. These two-stage cartridge valves utilize electro-hydraulic pilot proportional pressure control to deliver precise modulation within a pressure range of 0 to 30 bar and support flow rates up to approximately 4 liters per second at a 20-bar pressure differential.

The dual-stage configuration enables a high spool-driving force, while our precision-engineered, pilot-operated design ensures reliable performance—even in systems with high levels of contamination. This design, coupled with FEMA’s state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, contributes to exceptional durability and system efficiency.

Commonly employed in transmission clutch and power take-off (PTO) control applications, FEMA’s high-frequency valves offer an optimal combination of high reliability, compact form factor, cost-effectiveness, and proportional control.
