Accounts Payable Clerk and Receptionist
FEMA Corporation is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Clerk & Receptionist to join the Administrative Services team. This person will report directly to the Controller. Normal work hours will be Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Vouchering of payment invoices
- Maintaining A/P Inbox
- General ledger maintenance
- Invoice issue research and resolution
- Preparation and reconciliation of various accounts payable financial reports
- Review Weekly Payment Registers
- Filing of invoices (both paper and digital filing)
- Collaborate with the Accounting and HR teams
- Administrative duties including, greeting visitors and customer service, answering the main telephone line including employee absence calls, ordering office supplies, maintaining the company vehicle check out system and the visitor key fobs
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience within accounting
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Experience working within an ERP system (preferred)
